If you were to add anything I may consider Neurontin (just to get you going with an anticonvulsant as you dose onto the Lamictal).

maybe 300 mg 3x day.

I wouldn't touch the seroquel for sleep. For starters you reacted violently to the medicine and didn't like it the first time, that's a ding against it today. You don't want to be on meds like that. If your mood cycles, you'll regret it later.

Neurontin is a mild stabilizer with antianxiety properties and mild sedation for some. may be worth looking at. Won't jolt your body.
