Co,

You will know if you are going too fast because you will experience withdrawal symptoms.

If you do have any weird or uncomfortable feelings, just go back to the last dose that you felt OK on, and stay there for another week or two, then try again.

Also, it helps if you can make the dose decreases as little as possible.
