Happy you feel better. I don't know your age but exercise is like meds..build slowly.
In Texas, we walk to our car and sweat like crazy. Anything that you like to do that makes you sweat profusely is good. On meds, I sweat in an air conditioned room.
Occasionally, I've gotten more depressed with exercise but was probably pushing too hard.
Here's the tough part, eat like a rabbit.
I drink a gallon of water a day and it helps. A lot of feeling bad, even w/o depression, is dehydration. If you are thirsty, you need to drink more water.
