I remember that waking up in the morning was especially refreshing-you felt like you had slept for a couple of days-completely refreshed without being hungover or depressed feeling. Maybe it would be a good thing at bedtime if one was really stressed out?

Yeah I really liked the whole wake-up process. Normally I wake up, lie there thinking darn I'm awake already should I look at the clock, darn all the birds are noisy, darn I barely just went to sleep...etc. This was much more mellow.

I find benadryl very dry in the dose it takes to put me to sleep. For me its only good for really really mild insomnia, although I've never tried higher doses than I know are used for allergies.

I know phenergan is a prescription only item. That and trimipramine are my next two choices for sleep aids when I see my shrink next.

Thanks for your input.
