How safe is Effexor, specifically with Remeron?

I am definitely beginning to think that there is something not good about mixing Effexor and Remeron. I have recently read similar reports to your own. Dosages required to achieve noradrenaline (norepinephrine) increases with Effexor are much too high. See

Every single one of those values is in the ineffective range!!!
