Hi Mom,
Your thyroid levels sound fine and I'm certain that no doctor would want to mess with it. If you have a hotspot or tenderness then I'd suspect Hashimoto's thyroiditis, which is an autoimmune dysfunction. But it sounds like your thyroid isn't the culprit. Wilson's syndrome is controversial. It's treated with cyclical high doses of T3 alone and some people have had great success with it, but I question his approach. Do you have access to a naturopath? I've found that a good naturopath will take the time to follow all clues and will come up with a much more comprehensive plan. If you're still feeling dragged out, please keep after this. It's not normal to be so tired all the time. Have you checked your other hormones?I'm doing pretty well, thanks. I increased my thyroid and am feeling better, less pain and thank God, not constipated any more. I just started seeing a new naturopath and will be getting some cutting edge diagnostic testing done. Something I notice about myself is that I don't breathe very deeply and I know that affects everything.
