I have the same question. Hopefully, we'll get some feedback.

I tried Lithium but did not like it. As an athlete, it was more difficult to run, esp. in the summer. Also, had bad intestinal cramping and dirrahea, esp. at night. Was not pleasant.

Just started Lamictal yesterday.
