First, I must say it works very well for a lot of folks. As a distance runner, it was not good for me because of how much I sweat, etc. Seemed to make me thirstier sooner and harder to work out. Also, at night I developed cramping with diarahea. I didn't stay on it long and I believe these symptons can pass, I just wasn't willing to wait and see.
