I don't have OCD but my depression has very obsessive features. I mostly obsess, no complusions to spaek of. Celexa was incomplete for me so my doctor added risperdal and that seemed to really combat the obsessive thoughts. I just switched from celexa to lexapro and while I am having hard time with the switch physically, I have noticed no OCD symptoms. Hope this helps. I'll keep you posted. babs
