I must have mistyped and then mistyped again when I was posting back to Arthur. Though I feel sluggish, I bought the B-6 a year ago because I thought it was for energy and never took it.
The reason I was thinking of using it again is because I have changed my diet and am eating fewer carbs (no bread, pasta, or cereal) and more protein. So I wanted to use the B-6 to boost my metabolism, as it says on the bottle that it is for "protein and energy metabolism." (The Serzone has also made my metabolism sluggish, even though I get at least an hour of excercise daily.)
Anyway, I have my answers from all the links you've provide, so thanks, all of you, for your help! PB remains one of the most valuable sites (and aspects of this particular site) on the net for its personal info and support--in spite of the occasional incivility.
