Hi Mandy,
Welcome to pbabble. If you are "Manic Depressive w/OCD" why are you NOT on a mood stabilizer (Lith., Depakote, Lamictal, etc.)? Just my opinion but I believe it is difficult to treat the illness without first stabilizing the mood. Hope you will visit often - glad to have you here.
