Most likely not. Serzone is more potent in terms of serotonin re-uptake. Both serzone and trazodone are 5ht-2 agonists, but, again Serzone has a far greater reuptake properties...
trazodone also differs in that it has an active metabolite (m-chloropiperazine) which is a potent dopamine blocker (D2)
