2 milligrams of Risperdal is a low dose. I think this is something other than EPS. With seroquel there is almost no danger of EPS but seroquel is fairly sedating. Usually one has to get up in the 6 milligram range to get EPS from Risperdal.
Another thing to conisider is most EPS go away rapidly when the drug is discontinued.
Neurologists rarely use Risperdal. A pychiatrist knows more about Risperdal than a neurologist.
