> I just returned from seeing my primary care doctor and she thinks I am experiencing extrapyramidal symptoms (my pdoc is on vacation). I am on 60 mg celexa, 2 mg risperdal and 15 mg adderall. I've been having these episodes where I get a headache and get really stiff (neck, arms, legs) and throw up. It's only happened twice but both times it has been really scary. She thinks it is EPS and has referred me to a neurologist. Just wondering if this sounds like EPS to you folks. The stiffness makes sense but I thought maybe the headache and vomiting was migraines (although I've never had a migraine before). I think both episodes were precipitated by my increasing the risperdal (I just recently increased the dose to 2 mg). I'm scared.

I got EPS from Risperdal at just .5mg at bedtime after a couple of days. The vomiting and headache doesn't fit with it I'll agree there. You are on a fairly high dose of Celexa with it. It could be an interaction. Sounds like a mild serotonin syndrome.
