Just my opinion, but I believe the APs, Zyprexa in particular, would be give you the best odds for success. And to really seal the deal, add in 10mg to 20mg Prozac with it. The combination offers specialness that neither drug alone can provide.

My opinion of using APs for BPD is because I think BPD has some overlap or common threads with certain aspects of schizophrenia. I'm not saying BPD is schizophrenia, just that there are some similarities.
