Though I doubt it would come to this, I have heard of anticholinesterase drugs like Aricept (donezepil) have been useful occasionally for BPD. Other than that, I understand Prozac and certain antipsychotics are the most useful pharmacologic approach. The main thing is to stay away from benzos if at all possible.
