Thank you so much. You ask,On your bottle does it say what form the magnesium is in? the bottle just says "Magnesium Chloride" and I didn't pay a lot for it. Yes, I live in the US. When I bought it, and tried it for 2 nights, I slept ok but I don't think I gave it half a chance. I just now remembered-I do remember taking a brand called "SOLARAY" Calcium Magnesium supplement. 2 white powder-filled capsules at night it did wonders. maybe I need to find that brand again. I am at a stand still on this issue. Thank you for your kind reply.
