Just load up on veggies, fruit, and protein, and be sure to eat fat. The Zone plan is excellent--I have a ton of energy after just a few days on it. But it can be boring as hell. Today I am having salty cracker cravings.

Really good advice here. I too find that low carbs, exercise, lots of fruit, veggies protein is the best way to lose weight. Also, do NOT eat at night. I eat huge breakfasts, moderate lunches, and tiny dinners, and control my weight very well as a result. I try never to eat past 7 pm at night.
