Jackie<<I take an a.m. dose and a p.m. dose(totally dependant upon how much sleep I've gotten and food I've eaten so it varies day to day or week to week the exact times I take the doses but I do try to take the a.m. and the p.m. at least eight hours apart) along with my other medications. I try not to miss one but do become quite aware when I haven't had one dose.
