Is my body just getting used to Lexapro?

I have a question. I have been on Lexapro for 3 or 4 months now for anxiety. The anxiety problem is one I've had for about 3 years now. I am always tense and very stressed out. Teeth grinding can be regular at times. Well, the Lexapro has been working good for the most part (after the initial increased tension caused during the first week). However, these last few weeks, it does not seam to be working very well anymore. Does anyone know if it tends to have less of an effect after a while if you're body gets used to it?
Thanks,
Rich B
