I am a new user to Lexapro and this type of medication in general. I have mostly just taken Xanex for anxiety and am now in this for two weeks now. I had major side effects the first week (insomia, headaches, more anxiety, decreased appetite), but recently have experienced some very different side effects and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced the same. Second week side effects are increased appetite and inability to achieve an orgasm. Other than that I am feeling good, but don't like the sexual side effect...can anyone help, it has only been two weeks and I want to know if that will go away!!
