The simple answer is fish oil. Flax oil is a distant second best.

Phosphatidyl serine, or PS (I'm presuming Seriphos is a brand of PS?), is both a component of neuronal membranes and something like a hormone, i.e. it blocks the effects of cortisol. It's rather pricey, but it's effective.

Fish oil and PS should work together nicely.
