I take Clonazepam for the anxiety. As for OCD, I only had the obsessive part, not the compulsive aspect, and for the obsessive part the Remeron worked great for me.

It really calmed my mind, the ruminating thoughts, worries and "what ifs" that plagued my every waking moment. I've been on it almost 17 mos at 30 mg.
