Yes, the obsessive part of my OCD was bad, it totally controlled my life, basically putting a stop to it. I rarely went out and wasn't functioning even at home. Rem really did calm the obsessive thoughts.
The 30 mg doesn't make me jittery but I think it's affected my anxiety, as in raising it a bit. It was a personal choice for me not to go to 45 for that reason, I've been told that at higher doses that anxiety can be an issue, and since 30 mg raised it a bit, I wasn't going to throw things off by increasing the Rem. Everything is being controlled now nicely and I've got my life back on track on 30 mg with the help of the Clonazepam.
