I'm also wondering why only 15 mg of Remeron gets me fairly "jittery" and a bit "sped-up", sometimes having an increased heart rate...I know about the norepinephrine effect but I didn't think I'd get that at such a low dose (45 mg was WAYYYYYYYY too much for me---super JITTERY/NERVOUS/SPED-UP (heartbeat was fluttering like a hummingbird!)
