I don't know much about Wellbutrin (I'm sure others here will give you good info) except that it can cause one to become agitated, to the point of rapid heart beat. This could explain your difficulty sleeping/relaxing and concentrating.
By the way, you mentioned the "BiPolar" test - where is this - is it online somewhere? I'd like to take it (especially because I have BiPolar2 as part of my diagnosis by pdoc!)
