> hey dude, just wondering, when you took your last dose of effexor, how long did it take for the high blood pressure/pulse to noticeably decrease?
Hey, that's a good question! I started off with a WB dose and an Effexor dose in the morning first thing and checked my BP/HR every fifteen minutes all during the morning and into the afternoon (while sitting in the same position at my kitchen table reading several newspapers)-but not past about 5pm or so. I noticed bumps in BP/HR after drinking coffee in the morning, and then after eating lunch (without caffeinated drinks). But there was a generalized elevation that did kickin after a couple of hours post-dosing of the two meds in the morning (with no food/caffeine). So, I don't know when the BP rise began to taper off into the evening. All my GP appts. have been in the morning as well. It could be it normalizes in the evening after the Effexor blood level starts to drop significantly. What have you found out?
