man, i can not say enough about your great dedication and determination .... ..... just awesome ... .... ... and ace-man is right on about your mom, this is so "... it's only your mind thoughts ... " !!!
... and again ace is on it when he speaks, "We are Not our Thoughts" !!!!! .. .. ..i had never had anxiety ... never had a panic attack ... ...
man, i never knew what anxiety was until i took lexapro ... .... ...
... .... ... a bad acid trip was worse, but this was different ... ... like a buliding up of nervousness and sweating and twicthing, weezeing that won't let me breathe , head pounding ... ...... ... then i watched it go away ... on its own ... ... this happened maybe a dozen times ... each time it would go away ... .... i would just be able to wait it out and it would fade ... .... after the first week on lexapro it went away and hasn't happened since ... ....
... .... then i recognized that some of the posters on this board .... FELT LIKE THAT ALL THE TIME!!!!!!!!!!
i been on lex since march and 10mg has been pretty good taking care of my depression ... ... i'm doing alright ... my wife and boy are good for me and make everything worthwhile ... .... it's so true that our families need us to be well for them ... ... and they needs us to be well for us !!
it's a big mind storm roaring out here and we just got to ride it out ... .. sometimes we have to rock out with it ....
... ... and sometimes we need to be cool ... ...you guys are cool ... you know what's real ... ... we got meds to help us ... we can keep the storm at bay ... ... ... hang in there, male34 ... . hang in there ace ....
