ive got anxiety agoraphobia suffer panic attacks(maybe from the darn lexapro),but any good bokks for specific needs of what ive got i picked up the dr burns feel good(yellow colored book)but i must say so far its a lot about depression and not much at all abouty anxiety, im not a depressed person,so id like to get a book just for my anxiety???
