I think everyone here has probably picked up or read Burns' book ;)
I come for a strong biological background, so I always recommend medication, if you are suffering from agoraphobia, there has been extensive research on the use of Benzos like Klonopin, and long acting Beta blockers, like Inderal LA.
If you aren't into meds, there are many things you can do at home to help yourself, like yoga (yeah, it sounds strange, but it works) And there are online support groups, like this forum.
