Abilify continues to work well. No insomnia; no akathisia at 30 mg/day for several weeks now. I can't really tell if it helps ADD symptoms - it may do that a little bit, but since I'm taking Ritalin, it's somewhat hard to tell what's affecting symptoms. I think the thing that impresses me the most about Abilify is the total lack of feeling like I am taking a drug at all, but it's controlling my mania all the same. I guess I just feel really "normal". Wish it worked for everybody like it does for me.
