It's guess work anyway no matter how extensive the DSM gets. The real problem that not enough is known about the brain and how it works etc. and that is why it remains guess work.
What proof do you have that monies are diverted to

the DSM only sevres to get paid. They also indicate that a Dx does not per se get you better treatment. i.e a more specific Dx does not yield better treatments as some meds treat many Dx'es.
