This is very possible, in my belief because of under/over medication with anti psychotic and AD meds. My 15 yr old son is on 20 mg zyprexa. It has allowed him to sleep on a regular schedule and eat (sometimes too much but he excercises a lot so doesn't gain weight). Now... he is taking zoloft if he takes the full 100mg of zoloft, he gets giddy and laughs inappropriately starting 2 hrs after taking it. I tried cutting the pill so he only gets 75 mg. guess what? The giddy effect goes away! The correct amount of meds really can make a difference.
Best of Luck, Dan J.
