It is appreciated.yeah... i know for me it was almost a state of complete disbelief and you just have to take it day by day ... remember it's normal to feel bad, but it's also "normal" to feel better after a few weeks/months... i don't know if that helps you .. but it helped me to remember that ... as a guideline... either i would start feeling better soon or i would be suffering from clinical depression, go on an AD, and be feeling better soon :)
anyways i'm glad you're doing better ... let us know how you are doing
