My son is on zoloft and I will repeat what I have read in the other posts (you can do a psycho-babble search and find them). It looks like 50 mg. is too low a dose for most people, they complain it makes them sleepy etc. but doesn't help otherwise. Also most say 100 mg is too much, it made my son too giddy and was a little like being drunk (but happy just don't drive that way). We cut the pills so he gets 75 mg and it works very well. It may take up to 6 weeks before it really fully kicks in. Some complain of sexual side effects but other major side effects are nil except in rare cases. Check out the Zoloft home page.
