I started taking 20 mg Parnate 2 weeks ago and have experienced extreme fatigue--requiring a couple of naps daily--in past when ssris worked to help with my treatment resistant depression, I was energized and very active--had lots of energy (which is the normal me)--now, I'm not depressed but have no energy--I used 2 mugs of coffee which doesn't do anything----could the low energy be side effect of Parnate?----will it go away with time????
