i've been thinking about this, and i'm pretty sure a major part of the Parnate fatigue is a result of alpha adrenergic stimulation, especially because of the accompanying dizziness and what not. After awhile i believe the alpha receptors adapt, however, and beta receptor (and sympathetic) stimulation becomes prominent. It just takes awhile sometimes.
