There's been a lot of talk about splitting pills... but capsules.. there could be a problem. It's possible (likely?) that in XR some of the beads in the cap are slow and some are fast release. So you won't get a predictable dose by splitting them.
Get the non-slowrelease kind if you're going to split them.
