About the 40mg....I am taking 20mg now. I discussed w/pdoc the *poop-out* problem and we talked about possibly raising my dose. He told me he had patients taking 30 and 40mg and they were doing well, so it is not uncommon I would say. Hey if it works and you feel better, I would do it myself.
