Hi Bob! Most of my side effects went away after the 3rd week. As of today, I have been on Lexapro for 5 weeks and I feel great. Hang in there - they do go away! Jill
P.S. I had the same side effects as you and I know how you feel - terrible! I wanted to stop, but told myself that I had come this far, it would be a shame to quit now. Through the support of this site, I hung in there and I'm glad I did.
