My boyfriend has been taking Lexapro for a little more than a week, he was on it before but quit taking it because he thought it wasn't doing anything. Now he is experiencing more panic than ever before, soreness in his arms, like he can't lift them sometimes, headaches, trouble sleeping, tightness in his chest, trouble breathing, and more uncomfortable side effects. Does anyone have any positivce things to say about Lexapro?
