YES! rapid eye movement therapy has worked for me in the past..my therapist does it with me sometimes to help get rid of obsessive thoughts..it is supposed to help your body process these thoughts and get them out of your system...when we were doing it i thought he was nuts..but then lo and behold i could feel measurable and sustained improvement after that..> I once read in of all places, Penthouse, an article about eye movement therapy. It mimics the movement of rem sleep. Anyway you pick a spot to look at on far left of your field of vision and then on right. Then you basically look from the left to right and left to right fast . It relaxes the hell out of you. I once told a therapist and he had heard of it but wasn't too impresssed. It's almost like breathing right
