Generally speaking, I think if amisulpride is going to work against depression, it will produce some improvement by the end of week two. 50mg seems to be the ideal dosage.

Wait for others to chime in. I think I read a post recently describing a 6 or more week wait for amisulpride to kick in. However, it seems to me that 5 weeks is an adequate trial.
