But I HATE myself for not having control while on a stim, I do the most unnecessary things, least constructive... I'm going to print out a weekly day planner from my mac's iCal, but I'm afraid I won't follow it.
Stims DO NOT fix executive dysfunction, I don't understand why there isn't a drug that does... maybe Aricept? Anyone try that? Something that will tell my mind to shut up about things that don't matter so I can actually do work? If I go to the library, that generally works, but it's hard even to get myself down there.
