I think 300 would do something, but 150 is perhaps a too little, but I think it's the kind of thing where the smaller the dose the longer it would take to do something.
I am taking 300 right now mainly for the neuroprotective effects. I would say that
it is very restorative. Meaning, over the course of many months you begin to generally feel less
fried. You are a little slower at doing things but you have a better understanding of them.
You find yourself rethinking everything.For instance. My mother who has been on therapudic doses of lthum for 25 years is a little slower than the average person, but,
you can ask her the most detaied of questions like - do you remember who sat to your right in the third grade, and she can remember it.I think it makes you much smarter in the things that don't require speed.
It may infact turn out to be one of those things where you never really see the full benefit till you're in the old age home and you have more faculties than the average person - who knows.
