Yoyoma, you are a young man. I can't blame pot and E for your trouble - I hardly believe they can cause anxiety and depression. But any drug that causes perceptual disturbances can TRRIGER depression in those prone individuals. Depression includes anxiety and loss of sexual drive.
Now your best bet is to try an antidepressant, I like Celexa and Effexor but other options are good as well.
Give a smile - you don't have A LOT OF PROBLEMS. You have a simple treatable problem.
