Depakote increasing anxiety?? Or Lex?

I just recently went up to 1500mgs of Depakote ER from 1000mgs. Since then I have been noticing more anxiety and more depression. The problem is I am also a female and PMSing. I am also on Lexapro 10mg. I am having difficulty knowing if my increase in anxiety is from the Depakote increase, the Lex kicking in further (been on 10mgs about a month) or PMS.
I also take Seroquel 12.5-25mg when I can't sleep and Klonopin 2mgs/day.
Can anyone think of why my anxiety has increased so much?? It is making things really unbearable. My depression has been horrible lately too. I just don't know to wait it out or if I need to call my doctor. I hate calling because I feel like a whinger.
I am so sick of this!!! God, I just want a moment of peace...(when I am awake!)
