sleep is hell, i try to put it off as much as possible.
i've been having horrible horrible nightmares. the kind where my body feels like i'm having seizures and when i wake up i find myself shaking incontrollably and hyperventilating. this happens about 4 times an hour throughout the night until around 5 or 6 when i guess i'm just so exhausted i finally pass out. until the kids get up that is...
