i know!!!!! i know exactly that you mean. the nightmares that stem from effexor w/d are the most vivid, sickening, disorienting dreams you can have. it's like the daytime part of it isn't bad enough so you have to have nighttime hell as well. honestly, the only thing that enabled me to sleep better was ambien. is there any way possible you can get some? how are the kids dealing? you know, you WANT to smile for them and you WANT to do for them, but you are so utterly sick you can't. all you can do is cry.
