i had to go back on the effexor xr last night it got bad but something i did diffrently was i took it at night before i went to bed and i sleept alot better and today hasnt been as bad as taking it in the morning. iam only on 75 mg but it seems like my body has to have that little bit to be normal if anyone can tell me what normal is that is. any way anyone have any sugestions on getting through all this? i also take ativan 3 times aday and ambien at night.but would really like to get off the effexor xr all the stories oh here scare me.
